Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Sanoop Industries, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to ensure that every product reaches our customers in good condition and as described.

Please read our Returns & Exchanges Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, including tea, food-related products, dhoop cones, home care products, and other consumable goods, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind 
• Incorrect product selection by the customer 
• Products that have been opened or used 
• Dissatisfaction with fragrance, taste, or personal preference 
• Orders delivered successfully as per the order details 

All sales are considered final.

Exchange Policy

We generally do not offer product exchanges.

However, an exchange or replacement may be considered only in the following cases:

• Product received is damaged during transit 
• Product received is defective 
• Wrong product delivered 
• Product package is significantly damaged upon arrival 

Reporting Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please email us at info@sanoopindustries.com with:

• Order Number 
• Customer Name 
• Photographs of the product 
• Photographs of the outer packaging 
• Description of the issue 

Claims received after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for review.

Verification Process

Once we receive your request:

1. Our team will review the submitted information. 
2. Additional details or photographs may be requested. 
3. Verification may take 2–5 business days. 
4. Upon approval, a replacement product may be arranged. 

Sanoop Industries reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any replacement request.

Replacement Policy

If a claim is approved:

• A replacement product may be shipped at no additional cost. 
• Replacement availability is subject to stock availability. 
• If the same product is unavailable, an equivalent replacement may be offered at our discretion. 

No Refund Policy

Sanoop Industries does not provide refunds for:

• Delivered products 
• Customer ordering mistakes 
• Refused deliveries 
• Delayed deliveries caused by courier services 
• Personal preference or dissatisfaction after use 

No monetary refunds shall be issued except where required by applicable law.

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before they are processed or dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
